What we provide

eliosail is a charter property operated by TideLab. We arrange skippered sailing voyages and yacht charter across the Mediterranean. This site lets you browse destinations and voyages and submit a charter inquiry.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking — it's a request for us to contact you with options. Bookings are confirmed only after a separate written agreement and a confirmed deposit.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be 18 or older to book a charter.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse — spam, attempts to bypass our security, or hostile behaviour toward other users or staff.

Charter booking and consumer rights

If you proceed to a charter booking, a separate booking contract will govern that relationship (cancellation terms, deposit handling, insurance requirements, conduct on board, etc.). The terms on this page do not constitute the booking contract.

EU and Romanian consumer law applies. As a consumer in the EU, you have rights under Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian law (OUG 34/2014) — including, where applicable, a 14-day right of withdrawal. Charter holidays are a regulated activity in many jurisdictions; the specific consumer rights (right of withdrawal, package-travel protections) will be confirmed in your booking contract before payment.

Use of the site

You agree not to:

• Scrape or systematically download our content
• Submit fraudulent inquiries or spam the inquiry form
• Use the site to harass, defraud, or harm others
• Probe or test security controls without permission

Intellectual property

All content, designs, code, and brand assets on eliosail.com are owned by TideLab or its licensors. Destination guides and the voyage content are our work.

Liability

This site is provided as is. We make no warranty that the information is suitable for any particular purpose. Final accuracy on charter terms, prices, and availability is confirmed in your booking contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TideLab is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the site. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — replace with your chosen jurisdiction, e.g. Romania for Romania-based operation]. For consumers, the mandatory protections of the laws of the country where you live also apply.

Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct contact may be brought before the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or before the competent courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes affecting customer relationships will be communicated to active customers before taking effect. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
